Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality,Mixed samples are acceptable.
2. What is the warranty for the lights?
For the lights, we have 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period, we'll take on the shippingcost and replacement.
3. You are factory or trading company?
We are factory directly specialized in LED Lighting. We offer reliable quality, competitive price and short lead time for our clients.
4. What about lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days,mass productions time needs about 25 days for large quantity.
5. ODM or OEM is acceptaed?
Yes,we can do ODM&OEM,put your logo on the light or package both are available.
6. How is your quality control?
We have strict QC process and all the lights will be 100% 48-72 hours testing before shipping.
7. What is your payment terms?
30% as deposit for production, remaining payment will be paid before delivery.
