1.Could you do design for us?
Yes, simple design is offered for free by our professional designers. Just feel free to inform us of your own ideas.
2. Could you provide free samples?
Yes, our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But the freight for express is on buyer’s account. The way we send it to you is via DHL, you can also call your local express to pick up samples from our office.
3.what's your sample and mass production delivery time?
3-7 days for samples, 12-25 days for mass production
4. How can i place an order? 1) after we have agreement on price and other terms,we would make few samples as your size or other requirement(printing,color,etc)and send them to you for confirmation(we would need artwork if there any printing need on the item). 2) after your approve the samples,we would start mass production,before that,you need to pay the deposit of this order by T/T. 3) after we finishing all the goods ,there is rest of money to be paid,then we would arrange the shipment to destination port. 4) before the ship arrive at the port ,you should find a forwarder in local in advance to help you to deal with custom clearance and collect goods staff,you might need to pay some charges to him/her for that.
5. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1)The box pattern
2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface handing
4) The printing colors
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
6.What's your acceptable trade term? Ex-work, FOB Shanghai, CIF & CNF (pls advise the discharge port), DDP, DDU etc.
7. Is there a minimum order requirement? Normally our MOQ is 100pcs for per size.
8. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your website? Our main products are below: a. Edge board (corner board) and their Variations (such as our L-profile, U-profile, Wrap-around, V-cut, Puzzle-cut, and Flat board, etc.) b. Paper cores c. Paper tubes d. Honeycomb board, Inverted Corrugated Board, Pallet top deck and Pallet runner(feet) However, each item will also have some other variations, which are limited shown on the website.
