Yes. If you could not buy our products in your local market then we would like to ship you a sample. You will be charged a sample price plus all related shipping costs. Express delivery charge depends on the charge quoted by UPS/DHL/FedEx or any other courier you prefer.

Q3: How long time for production?

Ordinarily it costs 20-25 workdays.

Sample order takes about one week.

Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
Payment<=2500USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2500USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance after production completed. L/C at sight is also available.

Q5: What about the warranty term?

We provide 5 years warranty for our lamps. Spare parts purchasing is available anytime. We supply 1% free east damaged spare parts on basis of container orders. If there are problem happened due to spare part defections, please email us with pictures for problem learning, if it is defective we will send the appropriate spare parts to you via air express.  It is suggested to buy spare parts to build stock for future customer service.
