1.Feature:
it is a low viscosity at room temperature curing one component products, this product is simple: suitable for brushing, spraying, dipping three kinds of process, fast curing speed, good adhesion to various circuit boards. With good temperature resistance under the condition of 100 DEG C, good heat aging property; a layer of transparent the protective film after curing, excellent insulation, moisture-proof, anti leakage, shockproof, dustproof, anti corrosion, anti aging, corona resistant performance
2.Usage
Widely used in a variety of electronic components, IC chip, circuit board which has been assembled in the protection line network board from all kinds of chemicals, salt fog, moisture, dust, vibration and electrical insulation, high temperature and other harsh environment impact
3.Using process
*The best operation: direct glue or brush, if the concentration is larger, can also add thinner.
*Use our 3000 special diluent
*Will be diluted into the glue spray bottle, spray
*Use thinner cleaning after coating sprayer
