This is a 600Liter stainless steel mixing tank for cream and paste. this 600L mixing tank is amde of stainelss steel 304 / SS316L. heated by steam, (steam jacket was also made of stainless).there is a low speed heavy duty mixer, mixing speed is about 36rpm. this mixer will scrape the tank bottom and tank side wall completely. With this scraper mixer, the cream, syrup or paste inside this steam heating mixing tank will not get burnt.
The high shear mixer can be top mount, bottom mount or side mount as per user's reqeust.
