This product is used in deactivation treatment of die casting aluminum surface. A layer of golden yellow deactivation film is formed on the surface of cast aluminum to protect and prevent rusting "moldy", deactivation film can prolong the period of die casting aluminum work piece preservation and employment. The color after deactivation is golden yellow and beautiful. This product can be widely used in die casting aluminum work piece to improve the value of the work piece because of its excellent corrosion protection function.
4.Usage method:
1)This product is added 1 times of water (such as 1 kg of die-casting aluminum solution to add 1 kg of tap water, stir evenly) 25-35℃.
2)Imitation gold pretreatment of die casting aluminum:
removal of oil→chemical polishing with Q/YS.204→washing→whitewashing with Q/YS.206 or sand blasting→washing→drying.
3)The clean die-casting aluminum is soaked in imitation gold deactivation agent. Flip the work piece. Take out the work piece immediately wash 10-20 seconds later.
4)Drying the workpiece, you can get the finished product.
5.Matters needing attention:
1)The product is corrosive, do not contact with the skin to prevent splashing. If you are accidental, immediately washing.
2) You should replenish liquid to restore the effect. The amount of general supplement is 3%-4% of total solution.
