Product Application

75 barrels of sand skid is made of  KTA19-C525 diesel engine by BQ435 transfer gear, which drive the corresponding actuator to complete the proportion of sand mixing operation. The instrument and control system of the whole skid can realize the control of the whole pry and the monitoring of the sand mixing operation.

The sand mixing equipment adopts skid mounted type. The main part of the skid mounted engine, transfer case, operation platform, mixing tank, screw conveyer, suction manifold, exhaust manifold, hydraulic system, hydraulic system, Tim Tim dry system, fuel system, circuit system, pneumatic system, instrumentation and control system, cooling system etc..

Its working principle is: the power generated by the engine through the skid, drives a hydraulic pump suction through a transfer case, a suction driving hydraulic motor driven hydraulic pump suction, suction suction centrifugal pump to complete the work; through the transfer case driven sand hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump driven sand sand hydraulic motor drives the screw conveyer to complete sand; hydraulic pump drives the stirring stirring through a transfer case, a hydraulic pump driven hydraulic motor drives the stirring blade mixing, complete mixing of fracturing fluid ratio; direct drive centrifugal pump discharge through the transfer case, discharge centrifugal pump will have a mixture of fracturing fluid fracturing pump supply uniform injection downhole fracturing operation.
