Sodium Bicarbonate, called baked soda, small white crystal, the solubility of less than Sodium carbonate in the water. It is a kind of industrial chemicals, there may be toxic.Solid begin to decompose generate sodium carbonate, carbon dioxide and water above 50 ℃, and 440 ℃ when the complete decomposition. Sodium bicarbonate is generated after strong base and weak acid neutralization acid salt, weak alkaline appears when dissolved in water. This feature can make it as a leavening agent in the process of food production. After role in sodium bicarbonate sodium carbonate, use too much will make the finished product has alkali flavor.
