Workflow:
1.Place the adhesive tape into automatic handling plate, and the material then enters into the feed line, after which photoelectric sensor acts and make sorting if there's no material, and stop if there is material.
2. Pipeline senses the incomming materail., make pressing, and hit the material into the mold staion.
3. The station mold receives the step motors, and drives the large plate of the 12 stations to make them enter the film nesting station.
4.Servo positioning delivery film(length setting available), film cutting , film nesting, and then turns to the station.
5.Press the film into the station.
6.Scale absorption and placement are done by servo manipulator in a vacuum mode, also. it is equipped with the scale inspection, and scale plate can sense the positioning, and the plate will be replace with no stopping.
7.Enter into the heat shrink, and then finished the manufactured.
