Shanghai Jian & Mei Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as JM for short) is well equipped with various multi-station cold heading machines and supporting thread rolling machines imported from Taiwan. We can manufacture various non-standard screws, such as self drilling screws, self-tapping screws, dry wall screws, chipboard screws and wood screws. JM attaches great importance to environmental protection, so our plants are equipped with professional ventilation and oil suction pipes to keep our workshops clean and tidy.
JM has 4 sets of automation equipment for assembling washers, which can ensure the timely assembly and delivery of bulk orders. JM can manufacture screws of various head types and groove shapes, which are #3-#14 in diameter and 10-300 mm in length.We are also capable of providing various surface surface treatment processes, including white zinc plating, blue zinc plating, yellow zinc plating, black zinc plating, black/gray phosphorating, nickel plating, DacroMat, Magni and so on. We can process carbon steel and stainless steel. Based on the drawings or samples provided by customers, we can design and manufacture non-standard screws.
Before they are packaged and shipped, the products will be tested at JM Quality Center, where various advanced professional quality testing equipment is provided, such as torque machine, tapping speed tester, hardness tester, salt spray tester and so on, to meet the testing requirements of all products.
All our products are subjected to strict test and inspection in each process by the workers and QC personnel periodically, starting from the raw materials delivered to the factory. The products shall be tested and inspected to be qualified before they are passed down to the next process. Automatic production is basically realized in all workshops.
