Product Description
Vacuum splint is one of the most versatile tools. It’s great for simple and angulated extremity fractures,
dislocated shoulders and hip injuries,pedictric immobilization and even a combination head immobilizer and backboard pad.
By filling the voids underneath the patient and molding to the contours of the patient’s head and torso,
it provides a firm yet comfortable head and back support. It has been designed to aid in stabilization of an injured or ill person
with a minimum amount of movement to the injured are or extremity. Unlike a rigid board splint or metal ladder splint,
it uses vaccum technology yo conform to the exact shape and contours of patient’s anatomy,
providing improved immobilization without circumferential pressure.

The vacuum mattress and splint package provides fast, effective andcomfortable immobilization bymolding to the contours of thepatient’s body.
Evenly distributedspinal support reduces pressurepoint tenderness and minimizesrehabilitation time. It contains 3 main parts: surface TPU material,
multi-chamber with polystyrene beads and the webbing straps & buckles.
The surface material is polyester or polyether TPU according to the purpose and application. Normally, we use polyester for vacuum mattress and splints,
and polyether for some of the surgical mattress and inflatable vacuum splint.
Padding we call it the fast-shaping chamber system, it is sewing by anti-static non-woven fabric and fill with 0.5-2mm polystyrene beads,
then welding the surface TPU material by the high frequency melting&sealing machine.
