 FEP Encapsulated O Rings

O-Ring with a FEP or PFA  outer layer encapsulating a Silicone core. The  offers excellent chemical and temperature resistance while the Silicone core provides the resiliency needed to provide effective sealing. Readily available in common USA and metric cross-sections and nearly unlimited diameters. FEP encapsulated Solid Silicone with improved chemical resistance up to 205℃. PFA encapsulated Solid Silicone up to 260℃.

Encapsulation Options
· FEP Encapsulation
Standard material for all applications up to 205°C, resistant to virtually all chemicals and joined by an advanced heat moulding process to give a seamless encapsulation.

· PFA Encapsulation
Same properties as FEP encapsulation but with greater heat resistance for applications above 205°C. Also resistant to virtually all chemicals and joined seamlessly via advanced heat moulding process.

Silicone Inner Core Encapsulated o ring
Commercially best material option combined with lower Shore Hardness and greater elasticity than FKM, providing an excellent material choice for the majority of applications.

FKM Inner Core Encapsulated o ring
Greater chemical resistance than Silicone. If encapsulation is damaged,FKM provides greater resilience to chemical attack.

Standard Packaging: PP bag inside, labelled detailing batch No., name, material, size, quantity and delivery date. Carton box outside, then put on the pallet . All sign our logo.

A: We have factory in Shijiazhuang, Hebei with export license. We have the most convenient transportation conditions.

2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

3.Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.

4.Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1.We are honored to offer you samples by express. Abroad clients are expected to pay for the freigh cost, the samples are free. For clients in China, we pay express fee.
2. Regarding the courier cost:
(1) you could arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected;
(2) inform us your express freight collect account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company;
(3) Transfer the cost to us in advance, the sample will be sent after receiving the payment
