YK Vibrating Screen
Brief Descriptio of YK series Circular Vibratingn
Widely used in the Quarrying and Mining industries,the YK Series Vibrating Screens are new high efficiency models which are available in 1,2,3 or 4 deck configurations. These machines have a heavy duty 2 bearing vibrating shaft mechanism operating with a small amplitude and high frequency. There are 22 models in the series of various sizes and deck unmbers.
Advantages and Characteristics of vibrating screen
The YK Series Vibrating Screen utilize a spring loaded eccentric vibrating mechanism to ensure smoother start up and shut down .The main frame is all rived construction, ensuring against vibration fatigue. The head of the sreen is fitted with a feed tray, and the screen is mounted on coil springs and spring bases. Springs, bases, and strainer bars are included with the screen.

Q:Instalation?
Answer:At the client’s request, DongMeng can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs.
Q:Payment?
Answer:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the DongMeng factory.
Q:What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
Answer:The warranty period for all of DongMeng’s structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all
electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
