wire edm machine cnc control -Features:

 

 1)  “C” structure column design, machine head is installed in vertical direction, there will be no wire 

  swing during wire feeding.

 2)  “T” shape machine bed with 6 support points to make sure rigidity of whole machine, High Grade 

 casting was processed by Annealing and ageing treatment .  Cross design X,Y axle carriage always    move within range of “T” machine.

 3)  All X, Y, U, V axles ,  and  Wire drum moving rail  are  HIWIN linear guide rail,  

 4)  All are stepper motor,  Servo motor is optional.

 5)  With automatic wire tension mechanism, keep the wire moving more stable.

 6)  With Diamond nozzle for guiding the wire.

 7)  Adjustable guider to make sure the wire is perpendicular to the work piece by the motor for lifting 

  and lowering.

 8)  With Readout indicator to see the position directly.
