I.       Overview

Based on the manufacturing experience of medicinal Al-plastic packing machine with many years and combined with many customers’ feedback, according to the special performance and requirements of plastic tray forming, our researchers developed this new generation product of JP-450D paper-plastic blister packing machine by reference to proper model. It not only adopted frequency conversion and integrated automatic control technology, but also was created strictly according to the GMP requirements of pharmaceutical industry. This machine has such characteristics as stroke adjustable, station structure module, combination of blow forming and compression forming (need to change mould), automatic continuous forming, punching euro hole and cutting, which can ensure the product quality reliable and production capacity stable. This machine can be used to produce cup lid, bowl cover and the other plastic case and tray.

II.    Technological Process

→put PVC on the roller →PVC heating →PVC forming →servo drawing →punching euro hole →cutting →rolling up the waste PVC →finished product discharge

III.Application Range

It can be used to produce bottle tray, biscuit tray, cup lid, bowl cover and so on for such industries as battery, stationary, food, medical instruments, toy, hardware, electronics, car and motorcycle accessories, daily goods and cosmetics etc.

IV.Main Characteristics

1.     It has hydraulic transmission, servo motor drawing, rational construction and simple operation.

2.     With stainless steel housing and beautiful appearance, the product quality and level can be improved; at the same time, this machine is easy to clean.

3.     PLC control system and frequency converter can reduce the noise and increase the running stability.

4.     Photoelectric control and auto-detecting system can improve the operating safety.

5.     Design the moulds and choose auto-feeding method according to the shape of packed material.

V.    Main Performance

1.     The mould employs pressing plate to clamp, easy to adjust and install.

2.     The main motor adopts frequency converter to control speed: the cutting frequency is adjustable in the range from 1 to 28times/min, which is set depending on the stroke and degree of forming difficulty.

3.     It adopts servo motor transmission and manipulator clamp feeding mechanism drawing, running stably with exact sync. Its stroke is adjustable from 60mm to 220mm, which mean the section size in this range can be designed at random.

4.     The heat-forming plates separate and close automatically. This machine can delay to start up after putting down the heating plate, restricting the material waste in one stroke. This machine adopts two contacting plates to heat, which can reduce the heating power and temperature, save the energy and improve the plastic film stability.

5.     It will alarm and stop automatically while the plastic film is used up or breaks off. This machine is also equipped with emergency stop device to improve the operators’ safety in the process of debugging and changing mould.

6.     All the parts directly contacted with plastic film adopt stainless steel or non-toxic material, in accordance with QS requirement.
