Automatic Plastic Film Laminating Machine
Application:
This machine is used to laminate bopp, pet, cpp, pe, paper, aluminum foil, non woven ect.,
it is widely used in soft packaging like food packaging.
Feature:
1. External type double station unwind and rewind turret with air shaft, inching rotation
2. Unwind turret two magnetic powder brake control, rewind two torque motor control
3. Each unwind equipped with EPC device
4. Unwind automatic tension control
5. Automatic splicing at both unwind and rewind
6. Gluing by anilox roller, shaftless pneumatic installation, driven by inverter motor
7. Pneumatic pressing roller and doctor blade
8. Pneumatic oven, 3 section 9 meters, each section temperature independent control
9. Heat recycling system, air exhaust system
10. Heating roller filled with thermal oil
11. Laminating roller inverter motor driving
12. Equipped with water cooling roller
13. Floating roller to adjust tension
