Application:

XH-PUR1800 is used for the gluing and laminating of textile fabrics, woven fabrics, cotton, knitted fabrics, blended fabrics,TC fabrics, jean,PVC,EVA,SBR,TPU, PE, PTFE, non-woven fabric, artificial leather, etc.

When it is applied in lamination of functional waterproof moisture permeable films such as PTFE,PE,PU, EVA and TPU,more materials which are waterproofing and insulated,waterproof and protective and oil-water filtering will even be invented.

Suitable Laminating Materials:

Fabric with fabric:Like textiles, jersey, fleece, Nylon, Cotton, Non woven, Knitted Fabric,Velvet, Terry cloth, Suede,etc.

Fabric with films, such as PU film, TPU film, PE film, PVC film,etc.

Key Features:

• The hot melt adhesive is melted through Melter and applied directly to the first substrate either by engraved roller or full coating, thereafter, In case of bonding materials; the second substrate is laminated to the first and bonded layers are cooled by making contact with the water-cooling rollers.
• The oil-inside engraving roller supplied is of 250 mm diameter, which gives precise dot distribution and uniform glue application.
• Customized machine versions are also available according to client's requirements.
• 3 Sets of movable  A-frame trolley contactors for unwinding and rewinding, and equiped with pneumatic expanding shaft.
