Strawberry syrup production processing as following:

 

The ingredients of strawberry syrup is as follows: pectin powder, water, maltitol, pectin gel, lemon juice, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium sorbate and strawberry. The process of making strawberry syrup: the first step is to weigh proper quantity of each ingredient to make gel , secondly put strawberry and gel into the vessel, then start the equipment to stir the materials at last.

 

Face cream prodution processing as following :

Step 1 :Prepare raw material

Step 2 :Oil phase raw material in oil phase boiler heating and pre-mixing ,and water phase raw materila in water phase boiler heating and pre-mixing 

Step 3:Self-suction oil phase and water phase material to main tank (heating ,Homogeneous emulsion to emulsion phase (for exampel face cream )(in vacuum situation , will without foam )

Step 4:Cooling to 50-60degrees add additive ,and then cooling to about 40degrees  and discharge to storage tank .

Step 5: Storage about 24hours 

Step 6 :Filling ,packing etc .
