The PE foam ( also known as the two foaming ) will be fully mixing material in the mold heating and compression to complete the cross-linking, and some of the foaming agent decomposition to produce part of the foaming, the mold cooling to a certain temperature to take out, under atmospheric pressure for tow times heating foaming, Its foaming rate can be 30-45 times.

PE foam is a kind of closed cell polyethylene foam with fire retardant.It gets the B1 fireproofing standard of the GB8614-1997.Its thermal insulation makes it very energy-efficient and recycle.The temperature range is from -80℃ to 90℃.

The PE foam can be used for a long time. It is not easy to deform, and the cutting is complete. It provide many function for all walks of life, for example, insulation, cushioning, sealing,, shock absorption, flameproof, anti-static, filling, beautify and so on..
