This pachymeter is suitable to determine plastic film and slice thickness with mechanical measurements. (Not suitable for embossed film and slice)

Key specification

1.Division value 0.001mm  measuring range  0-1mm

2.When the upper and down measuring surface is flat, the load of measuring surface to sample is between 0.5N-1.0N. 

3.When the upper and down measuring surface is convex surface,upper measuring surface curvature radius is between 15-50mm,the load of measuring surface to sample is between 0.1N to 0.5N.

4.Measurement Accuracy  Within 100 µm      Accuracy is 1µm

                                          100µm to 250µm   Accuracy is 2µm

                                           Above 250µm      Accuracy is 3µm
