Feature&Parameter

1.Machine Structure Material

Machine structure is made of 12mm thickness steel plate and u-steel.Make machine more steady.

2.Printing Entrance

There is a Electronic Photocell eye on entrance ,when bag come ,it will command sending wheel on the side to convey bag to printing cylinder.


Photocell eye and sending wheels control by PLC system, only when material come , sending wheel will move ,if no material coming ,sending wheel won't have any action. This can make material sending and printing accurate.And Power Saving.

3.Soft Rubber Sending Wheel

Make material sending more smoothly.

Also make sure sending wheel won't be wear easliy in long term working and more lower noise than plastic wheel.



4.Printing Cylinder

10MM thickness metal produce printing cylinder.

We have different type printing cylinder technology for you chose ,can well meet your requirement.

5.Automatic Anilox & Rubber Roller Connection
Anilox roller and rubber roller connection is auto control by air cylinder ,can save you more time in work.

5. Customize Gears with 5cm thickness

Customize gears make machine work much more steady and smooth in high speed work. also with less noise.
