How to measure?

Please use the following measuring tips to help you order the correct size.

Height: Stand next to a wall, put a ruler horizontally on your head and mark at the point where the ruler reaches the wall. Then measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

Neck: Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam's apple), keeping one finger between your neck and the tape measure for a comfortable fit.

Bust: If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Chest: Raise your arms slightly and measure around your body. Be sure to cross over your shoulder blades and the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Shoulder: (Measure from Back Side) with your arms down at your sides, and with your shoulders back (stand up straight), measure around your shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder point to the edge of the right shoulder, along the top of the shoulder just below the base of the collar.

Upper Arm / Bicep: Wrap the tape measure tightly around your upper arm i.e. widest part of upper arm just underneath your underarm.

Waist: Measure around your waist where your pants usually fall. Keep one finger between the tape and waist.

Bottom/Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Sleeve: Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent at a 90 degree angle, measure from end of your shoulder to your wrist.
