Working Principle:

 

Rolls of Packing film (PVC , PVC / PE, dual aluminum composite film) will be send to filling process after shell making,and the liquid medicine will be filling into empty suppository shell automatically through the high precision metering pumps.then it will be a suppository line and cuts into sections automatically according to the length of the suppository line.and conveyed to cooling devices to make it cool and be solidification.after that it will be filling,truing ,printing date of production and molding.

It is widely used and can fill substrate and Chinese medicine production with high viscosity;PLC controller and Man-Machine Interface operator,fully automatic; accurate temperature controller;smoothly running;;high capacity, it feeds liquid medicine in a constant temperature cycles and fully automatic to control liquid level, so the liquid will be never solidification.it also can stir the liquid medicine according to the different materials and adjust the speed after cooling.and reject the Non-conforming product;it takes Small occupation area and is easy to adjust.
