Laminated glass is to press PVB from both sides of two pieces of glass and pieces glass, then put it into high pressure and high temperature glass caldron after being exhausted, blend PVB and glass into one whole by high temperature and high pressure.
Laminated glass can resist the penetration of the accidental impact and reduce the danger of the fragmentation and the fall-down of glass. Even if the glass is broken or destroyed, the pellets shall still be closely bound together with PVB so as to avoid causing any injuries or property damage due to the fall-down of the glass.
Laminated glass, compared with other glass, is characterized by the effective control of direct sunshine and Anti-ultraviolet and can effectively weaken the transmission of the sunlight and prevent the dazzling light so as not to make the color fade but can help the buildings to produce the esthetic effect and the anti-ultraviolet function, thus protecting the furniture, display articles and commodities from the ultraviolet radiation or from fading its original color.
