Description:
The product’s carbon black content is 2.0-2.5%. with excellent process technology, crosslinking fast and extruding efficiently. It is applied for voltage (10kV and below) electric wires and cables, which has the following advantages: great extrusion properties and frequent extrusion. It especially matches all kinds of extruders with operating easily.
rocessing Techniques:
Extruding techniques:
1)Screw length L/D:18/1-30/1 is recommended;
2)Extrusion die for head is in priority;
3)40 or 60 mesh of the filter screen is recommended;
4)Bit by bit for cooling water is recommended, for the insulating interior stress decreased.
Advisable temperatures(℃):
Position Barrel 1 : 140-160 Temperature(℃)
Position Barrel 2 : 165-180 Temperature(℃)
Position Barrel 3 : 185-190 Temperature(℃)
Position Barrel 4 : 190-195 Temperature(℃)
Position Head and sino mold : 210-220 Temperature(℃)
Notice:Each positions’ temperatures of the extrusion speed could adjust if it’s necessary.
Using:
1)Make sure the extrusion screw barrels clean;
2)Mix the material A with material B completely;
3)According to extrusion molding machine’s size, keep the temperature 2-3 hours, initiate blowdown and produce after great plasticity;
4)Inject of die by gas flame possibly, which makes the surface of cable softer and decreases the curtain coating from die.
Cross-linking:
1)The speed of cross-linking depends on the thickness, humidity and environmental temperature for insulation;
2)Insulation for 1mm can accomplish in 70%-80% hot set in the normal condition;
