At the beginning of the year 2015, our company import an eddy  current test machine from the Czech Republic. It's the world's most advanced of steel ball surface quality inspection equipment at present, and also it's the only way to eliminate human error to ensure the balls detection quality.

Production Process

Packing & Delivery

1.Firstly we pack the balls in cartons. For each carton,the size is : Length:160mm Width:120mm Height:65mm

2. Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof) at first, then put the ball carton into the pallet ,and fix the pallet.

3. We pack our balls using wooden pallet(Plywood) in our export business :The size of wooden pallet: Length:860mm Width:800mm Height:750mm

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: 30% T/T in advance ,70% before shippment.
