PACKING & DELIVERY
Packing Details :
1. Plastic Bottles are packed in order into a thick water and moisture resistance plastic bags.
2. Plastic Bottles and caps are packed seperately in general situation.
3. Special packing method for plastic bottles are welcome as per customers

Plastic Bottles are placed in order in clean workshop.

Normally we use thick plastic bags for protecting the plastic bottles from dust, moisture and water.

Seal the plastic bags in the clean workshop. The plastic bottles and bottle caps are packed seperately.

The plastic bottles caps are packed as per customers' request, normally the bottle caps are packed in thick moisture resistant poly bags.

The Plastic bottles are then packed all together with the plastic bag into the carton outside the clean workshop.

Customers could print the logo or other information on the outer cartons as per their requirement.
Delivery Details:
1. About 25 days for ordinary order of plastic bottles.
2. Faster delivery for plastic bottles for urgent orders.

Equipped with international pharmacy industry environment standard 10,000 degree and 100,000 degree clean workshop, Foshan Qianfeng Industry undergo internal and external audits to ensure compliance is maintained to GMP standard.
Manufacturing facilities.
The workshop are equipped with a numbers of advanced injection blow machines, which is for producing high quality pharmaceutical plastic bottles, more than 30 injection molding machines for PET preforms, PP, PE caps and plastic containers.
