How to Cook
1. Put the hot pot seasoning/base/condiment into hot pot water (boiling water or cold water) or soup-stock.
2. After the hot pot seasoning/base/condiment and water or soup-stock boiling , put into hot pot food, such as sliced fish, vegetables, meat etc. normally about 1-5 minute can be eaten, some food for longer time.
3. 500g hot pot seasoning for 4 persons. 1kg hot pot condiment for a table with 8 persons.
