WNS series which are boiler of horizontal three pass fire tube with internal combustion. New design with structure of circular furnace wet back and larger volume burning room which can enhance burning efficiency and reduce the emission of Nox. Gas with high temperature is scouring the fire tube the second and third pass in turn. Then the gas is blown into atmosphere through chimney from the back smoke chamber. It used specifically thermal insulation material to lessen the heat loss. It is easy for maintenance due to install the hole for people and hand inside to clean.

1. Normal type boilers that can be put into normal 20' and 40HQ containers, will be first choice to delivery it by sea in normal container. But if boiler type is over dimension that can't be put into normal container, then we use 20' or 40' flat rack container for the boielr main part and  normal container for the other boiler accessories.

2. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea. Some country by train or truck.

A1: Yineng Boiler provides completed installation drawing and operation manual, or can send engineer to your site for guiding and trainning.

Q2: How many years is the boiler’s life span

A2: The boiler is designed for at least 10 years life span, but under good maintenance, usually the boiler can use at least 15 years, Yineng Boiler provide full life after-sales service to each sold boiler.
