This is automatic vacuum skin pack machine 580. It will make meat, fish, cooked food more attractive on the shelf, and can extend the shelf life.

 

There are two choice for packing mold. One is with single row, another is with double rows

 

1. Machine with single row packing mold

* 25132USD with Rietschle vacuum pump 150m3/h, including one mold. 

* can pack1-4pcs per cycle, 3cycles per minute

* It can support maxi two molds, cost 2400USD extra

 

2. Machine with double row packing mold

* 31182USD with Rietschle vacuum pump 200m3/h, including one mold. 

* can pack 2-8pcs per cycle, 2-3cycles per minute

* It can only support one packing mold

* The packing capacity is about double than single row.

 

3. Multifunction

* Vacuum skin pack + simple heat seal, no additional cost

* Vacuum skin pack + MAP packing, cost additional 4700USD

* Open aid corner, cost 400USD

* Air compressor, cost 1000USD

 

4. Packing capacity

It can pack several trays at the same time, the packing capacity depends on the tray size. The machine will finish 3 times per minute.

 

5.Mold will be customized accordingly to client tray size/shape.

The layout which we offer is just for reference.

 

6. We do not supply tray and film.

But we can advise quality supplier, if client buy our machine

Also supply Pla trays (biodegradable)

 

7. Shipping terms

8. The voltage is 380V/50HZ/3phase. We also customize machine with different voltage if client require it.
