Q1. What tiles do you have ?

A1. We have polished tiles , porcelain tiles .full glazed tiles ,and rustic tiles ,which can use for floor and wall tiles . kitchen and bathroom tiles and others .

Q2. Do you have non-slipper tiles ?

A2.  Yes , we have the porcelain rustic tiles , the surface is matt finished , its non-slipper .

Q3. What’s the water absorption ?

A3. We have many kinds of tiles , the polished tiles is no more than 0.5% . the ceramic tiles is no more than 10% .

Q4. What is the MOQ ?

A4. Our minimum order quantity is 200 square meter , but we suggest you can order one container , because it’s more convenient for loading .

Q5. What’s the package ?

A5.  Our package is export carton with wood pallets .don’t worry ,our package is very strong .

Q6. Can we check the tiles ?

A6. Yes , you can check the tiles anytime , if you don’t have time check it ,we will have our inspection department help you to check the tiles quality ,and we will make s inspection test report for you .

Q7. How about your payment terms ?

A7. Our payments terms is T/T , 30 % deposit , after we get the deposit ,we will start to arrange the goods , and 70% balance before loading . We also will accept L/C payment .

Q8. We place the order from you , after how many days you can ship the tiles ?

A8. Usually if the tiles have already stocks , we can ship within 5 days , but if the tiles didn’t have ready stocks , we need 15-20 days to production the tiles .

Q9. How many size do you have ?

A9. We have many size ,we can make any size for you .

Q10. Can you make sure the tiles no breakage when the goods arrived our country ?

A10. We will try our best to protect the tiles , because as you know , if we ship the tiles ,we will put the tiles in the wood pallets to make sure the tiles is stronger enough .

Q11. Can you arrange the sample for me ?

A11. Yes .we can arrange the sample for you by free , and we can send it by international express.
