Q: What are your main products?

A: Our products cover almost all refrigeration range: outdoor/indoor condensing units/racks/condensers/unit coolers, SF6 recovery unit and the pressure vessel.

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: 40% down-payment & 60% balance T/T prior to the shipment

Q: Can the units be customized according to specifications?

A: Yes, we are pretty strong on design and manufacturing of tailor made products, the drawings will be sent to our clients for approval before the samples are made.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: we have two different warranty policies for different products, warranty for any standard products is 12 months against delivery from our factory, and however, the one for tailor made products is 18 months against delivery or 12 months against running, whichever comes earlier.
