This is a color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a Transmissive type TFT-LCD Panel, driver circuit,back-light unit. The resolution of a 1.3’TFT-LCD contains 240X240 pixels, and can display up to 65K/262K colors

We mainly supply A grade new original InnoLux and AUO LCD panels.

Now some assembled LCD modules are also available.

Most of the models have matching touch screens and controller/driver boards.

We can customize touch screens and controller boards for you. Both PCAP and RTP.

TFT LCD can be customized too if you need many pieces like 40000 or more.
