Functions of equipment
This machine has the function to print continuously. Milti-color can be combined freely by changing the direction of cloth (6+0、5+1、4+2、3+3、...), it can be shaped one time at face and back. The printing speed may reach to 30-80m. The color of chroma is accuracy. Character of equipment: auto loading, EPC system for unwinder, inverter to control speed, cobwebbing roll to feed ink. During the period of printing, ink mixing equipment at clockwise and counterclockwise direction is increased. When main machine stops, the ink feed equipment will work continuously and wait for restart. It can reduce the waste. Each color can be controlled separately, printing colors quantity can be selected according to requirements. The energy consumption can be saved and the worn can also be reduced. Use PLC made by Mitsubishi to control automatic operation such as machine stopping, ink mixing and locking. It is equipped with quick printing plate checking system, as transverse 40mm and longitudinal 360 without stopping, dried by electric heating hot air oven, The winder and unwinder are controlled by inverter. Automatic edge fold, punching and cutting device can be chosen.
