Flexible Magnetic Sheeting
Magnetic Sheeting Rolls with Adhesive, Plain or with Matte-White Laminate
Flexible magnetic sheeting rolls are available with a self-adhesive backing, in plain brown or with a matte white vinyl laminate and sold in 50, 100 & 200 ft. rolls. Flexible magnetic material is extremely versatile and used for all types of consumer, commercial and industrial applications. The flexible material is easy to use and manipulate, you can cut, slit or die-cut it with scissors or a utility knife without the need of expensive cutting equipment.

The Normal Thickness :0.3mm (12mil)0.4mm (15mil)0.5mm (20mil)0.7mm (27.6mil)0.76mm (30mil)1.5mm(60mil)

Isotropic material: weak magnetism, used on iceboxes, presswork and marketing and promotion premiums
Anisotropic material: strong magnetism, used in such applications as micro-motors and magnet toys.

Production process: batching → mixing → extrusion / calendering / injection molding → processing → magnetization → inspection→packaging

Working Temperature: -26℃ to 80℃ (-15℉ to 176℉)

Remark:the common packing for roll material is 30m/roll or 50m/roll; it also depends on the specific width and thickness of the product as well as the shipping terms.

Company Profile

We are honored and pleased to introduce ourselves to you with the hope that we may have the opportunity to cooperate with you in your business expansion.

We have two factories. One is located in Shanghai for magnetic machine manufacture - magnetic bars, magnetic plates, magnetic rollers, magnetic separators and so on. Our technology is introduced from Japan and Germany. The major technical leader in our factory is from Japan and has been studying this field for over 15 years. Wish our best technology can solve your production problems.

The other factory is in Ningbo and is specialized in manufacturing NdFeB magnets and rubber magnet. We can make N35-N52 magnets. At present, our production capacity is over 300 tons per year.

We put "quality and service" in the first position. We hope that we will have the opportunity to offer our best quality products and services to you.

FAQ

Q: What are the factors that determine the price?
A: Performance, size, quantity are major

Q: How can I confirm the right performance?
A: The flexible magnet is usually divided into two kinds of isotropic and an-isotropic. If can not confirm it is isotropic or an-isotropic, please send us your required magnetic force

Q: What's the magnetic force?
A: Usually, the magnetic force means the magnetic surface gauss and the pull force per square centimetre

Q: What's the difference between the isotropic and an-isotropic?
A: The an-isotropic magnetic force is 30% more than isotropic, and the price will be 80% more expensive comparing with isotropic

Q: Can I have a sample before mass production?
A: Yes, we are honored to provide samples.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes. Confirm with ROHS, EN71, Phthalates, halogen-free

Q: What's the bulk delivery time?
A: Usually it is about 15-18 days
