Answer: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for the formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
2. What is your MOQ? How fast can you deliver?
Answer: We don't have MOQ, 1 sample is available, 1-3 days for sample, 7-15 days for bulk order
3. How Could I pay?
Answer: We accept PayPal for sample order and TT for normal order, You can also pay via Alibaba Account for trade assurance service
4. LOGO
Answer: We could put your LOGO and Company info on the sticker for both lamp and box, and laser printing and silk printing on the lamp and driver box is also acceptable when the order reaches certain quantity
5.How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in the strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for the small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
