X-90 Fully Automatic Line
The Machine produces tableware by using a variety of raw materials such as PP(poly propylene), PS, PE,Calcium carbonate, plant fibre, Corn starch, Bamboo powder, Wood powder, Husk, Straw, and so on. It is able to manufacture a great variety of products such as bowl, cup, plate, dish, lunch box, cleaned vegetable tray etc.

The main advantages

6. Environmental Protection, This machine line is able to produce products with 70% starch, or up to 30% plant fiber(Bamboo powder, Wood powder, Husk, Straw)
8. Low-cost,This machine produces products with 80% Calcium carbonate.( the price of Calcium carbonate is about 61 USD per ton in China).
9. We provide the formula of producing products, and formula of producing Biodegradable boxes. The certificated degradation rate reaches 80% in 28 days.
10. This machine line and our formula has been certificated by CE, SGS. What is more, we owns a number of national patents. The products produce by this machine has been Inspected by Chinese Research Academic of Environmental Science Solid Institute and National Research Center for Environmental Analysis and Measurement.
