Q2: If the material using on mass production can not meet with the drawing?
We will give suitable suggests to customer following each hardness temper condition and
compentent of each material.

Yes, we are here to help. Production time is flexible.If you need the parts urgent, please
tell us the delivery time you need.We will do our best to adjust the production schedule
priority.

Q4:Can I get some sample for check quality?
Yes, single CNC sample will charge sample fee.For batch production we will provide sample
for check before batch production or we will charge sample fee first, will refund if batch
production order quantity is 5000PCS. PS: Automatic machining parts samples can be free
supplied to buyer by buyers' express account.

Q5: What is your delivery date?
The delivery date of Sample is 3-6days,Mass production is 8-15days after receipt of
payment.

Q6:Can we sign NDA protect our information?
Sure we can sign NDA. Even we do not sign NDA with you, we also will not show any your
design and related information to others without your prior written consent.

Q7: What is your payment term?
30% T/T in advance,70% before delivery; T/T,L/C, Escrow,paypal,western
union,moneygram etc.

Q8:What is your MOQ ?
Please try to place trial order before mass production,MOQ:5000Pcs for Automatic
machining parts, MOQ:500Pcs for CNC machining parts.
