Machine mainly features:

• The grinding wheel is a cantilever type structure, and the grinding wheel spindle adopts a multi-plate type long-axis moving pressure oil film bearing


• The regulating wheel is a double-support structure, and the  adopts a multi-piece short-shaft dynamic pressure oil film bearing.


• The spindle is lubricated by independent lubricating oil and has a constant temperature device.


• The feed guide of the guide wheel adopts a flat V type slide guide. The feed of the guide wheel is fed by the ball screw step motor, and the minimum feed rate is 0.001mm


• The guide wheel adopts AC frequency conversion.


• The dresser uses the ball screw rod to exchange frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation.


• The cooling system uses a magnetic roll tape filter.

1. Before shipment, every part of machine will be painted with a layer of anti-rust and water-proof oil to prevent possible erosion during transportation. 
2. A plastic cover to wrap around machine parts to enhance corrosion prevention. 
3. Export standard fumigated wood cases are measured and specially made for packing. 
4. Steel wire will be used to tighten and strengthen the packages inside container.
