1. Is the quality competitive in textile industry?

We have specialized in manufacturing and exportation dyed fabric for more than 20 years. Our factory

has more than 1500 import hydraulic looms, and advanced printing & processing equipment for

development and weaving of new products. Also, Quality inspection is available.

2. What is the minimum Order (MOQ)?

Usually 1 meter per color from our designed shard card, we have kept every color from the prepared

shard card in stock. We can also accept customized colors or colors from Pantone, then the MOQ

would be 1000m for each color. Any smaller quantity is also welcomed!

3. Is it possible to visit your factory?

Our company is located in Keqiao, Shaoxing, near Hangzhou and Shanghai. It is very convenient to

visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.We will pick you up to our

own factory and warehouse.

4. Can I get samples for free?

Sure, we provide free samples as your requirement. For the first cooperation, the postage would be at

customer’s cost. After order confirmation, we will refund it to you. In the next cooperation, it's at our cost.

5. Can you provide OEM/ODM service?

Yes, we can. Which means size, material, quantity, design,

packing solution, etc, will depend on your requests, and your logo will be customized on our products.

6. How about your packaging and shipping?

We usually pack in roll packing with tubes and transparent

plastic bag, usually 110 meters/roll, we can also accept customized requirement.

7. How about the lead time and delivery time?

We keep every color from our designed shade cards in stock

all the time, thus, if you place the order from the prepared shade cards, we can pack goods immediately.

If we do customized order, lead time usually would be 5-7 days upon receiving deposit. Short production

leading time and delivery time is our Sustainable Competitive Advantages.

8. Can you accept all the delivery terms and payment terms?

We usually do FOB/CFR/CIF delivery terms and T/T, L/C or PayPal.

9. How is the After-sale Service?

When clients receive the goods, if any quality problems, pls contact us freely. We will have a discuss

about it to make you satisfied. And we never let it happen next time.
