Automatic sausage thermoforming rigid MAP vacuum packing machine DLZ-320/420/520PM
Clients only need to prepare film rolls at site, and put them on the thermoform packer, then the machine will automatically form required shape of tray, also vacuum - gas fill - seal - cut.
The machine can support flexible shapes, avoid touch between food and workers, also save labor cost and save cost of package material. Plus it can keep food fresh and extend the shelf life.

* FOB price for above machine is about 40000-5000USD.
* Air compressor cost additional 2000USD for air compressor.

* Need about 30-45days lead time after prepayment.
* Film thickness 0.08-0.12mm of up film, and 0.4-0.6mm of down film is suggested.
* Standard language is English/Chinese, client shall specify if need other language.
* Will take video for confirmation before balance payment, and offer training video for each machine.
* It only support one customized shape of tray, but can be different depth. Price depends on actual requirement of tray size and depth.
* Organizing conveyor, automatic filling system, weight/metal detector, printer, label machine, turning table not included in above price. They will cost extra.
* Above machine is for package thermoform MAP. We can also produce machine for Soft vacuum or Thermform VSP, price will be different.
