BD series impulse dust collector features:

BD series impulse bag filter is a special filter for asphalt mixing plant designed by ZOOMLINE, on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced concepts and technology. BD series impulse dust collector mainly used for the dust collection system of asphalt mixing plant, crushing machine, grinding machine, dryer, furnace, and so on.

1. Draft fan designed with special base and electric throttle controller. Depending on the different load and ventilation needs, throttle controller real-time control throttle opening, has reached the optimum removal needs and maximize save power consumption.

2. Bag house dust filter import and export has a temperature detection system, real-time detecting the temperature of bag house dust filter, prevent temperature too low or too high, to avoid the condensation or burner bags condition happened.

3. Dust collecting filter input port designed emergency cooling valve, negative pressure testing etc other safety facilities, ensuring the equipment working safety and reliable.
