Application
Kneader reactor has strong functions of shearing, stirring and kneading. It is widely used for
chemical, plastic, pencil manufacturing and resin brake disc industries.
In production of aminoplast, the kneader has the advantages of low energy consumption, quick and convenient discharge, long trouble-free operation, easy maintenance. It is generally popular.
Structural Features
1.The whole machine adopts channel bottom head for convenient installation and maintenance .
2.Using helical gear or hardness surface reducer to ensure the mainframe's stable transmission, low noise and long life .
3.Stirring paddle and inner wall of mixing cylinder both adopts stainless steel materials to keep the products' purity and quality.
4.Advanced structure of shaft seal makes the sealing effect very good.
5.Integrated electric control (working mainframe ,hydraulic mixing cylinder ,hydraulic cover opening and constant temperature control ),temperature control and temperature display make the operation and process control convenient .
