How to Use: 

 

1, plug in the buffet server. turn the temperature knob clockwise. the indicator light will light up. it will automatically off when the desired temperature has been reached. During use the indicator light will be on and off repeatedly while maintaining the selected temperature. By turning the knob further clockwise, the temperature will increase.  it can reach between 40-85 degree Celcius.

 

2, Place the ingredients in the warming pan and adjust the temperature with the knob to the desired temperature.

 

3, the warming pan can keep food warm for a long period. however it is not recommeded to keep food for longer than 6-8 hours. after this time food may become dry and /or the flavor affected.

 

4, Do not leave the food in the warming pan after use of the appliance.

5, Remove the plug after use, and allow the unit to cool down completely before cleaning.

 

Warning! : do not move the unit while in use. the contents of the warming pan can get very hot !  do not touch the hot cover. always use handles and knobs as indicated.

 

Warning! do not place the transparent cover directly on the hot surface of the warming tray! 

 

Warning! make sure that the temperature knob is set to OFF when not in use and when unplugging fomr the wall-socket.

 

 

you can also place heat resistant serving pieces, like plate or pan on the warming tray to warm the food. 

pls Bear in mind the warming tray does not heat up cold ingrediates or defrosted frozen items. food and ingrediates need to be warm before placing on the warming tray.
