1.This machine is designed as single-electrode welding machine with long arm type X, Y axis automatic mobile feeding system. Only have to change the fixture could you use it to weld different shape of wire mesh.

FEATURE

Option 1:Power Source: Adopt 1 set of 150KVA special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source. Single-spot welding. Continuous duty cycle rate is 50%; the output current is larger than 38000A. The executive standard is GB/15578-2008; the magnetic permeability of forced temperature control cooling water silicon steel sheet is larger than 12000GS; special cooling water subloop; It can ensure the output welding current of the whole machine is constant and powerful in order to obtain high quality, high efficiency, stable welding spots.

Option 2: Power Source: Adopt 1 set of 100KVA three-phase DC medium frequency inverter welding source. Duty cycle rate reaches 50%. The three-phase power supply is under rectifying through a special inverter and converted to1000Hz AC voltage and then be transmitted to a medium frequency transformer to be rectified so as to provide DC welding current. Compare with general AC pulse power supply, this kind of power source could be fast and precisely adjusted. Small impact to the power grid and lower requirement for the power grid compare with the single-phase welder of the same capacity.

X, Y Axis Automatic Mobile System: The feeding fixture is designed to move within the range of 900*600mm. It is composed of the coding servo motor, precision-finished slide and automatic detecting system. The adjustment is of quick response, high control precision and powerful driving force. This automatic device is designed as X, Y axis mobile working table. Use PLC to store the mobile programming. The setting is easy and convenient.
