Q1. Are you mamufacturer? -Yes . We have produced kinds of LED lights and led lighting tester for more than 10 years.
Q2. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A:According to order quantity. Usually for sample order, lead time is about 3-10days. For large order, lead time is about 15-45days.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q5. Do you have OEM service? -Of course , all of our customers can get OEM service for free when quantity over 500 pieces.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample order, We usually ship goods by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Big quantity by sea, Emergency quantity by air.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q9: What about the payment term ?
For sample order or trial order, payment term is 100% payment before shipment.
For large order, payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Q10: How to deal with the faulty?
A:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, in case any defective products during the guarantee period, we'll send free replacement.
