Key Features:

1.The whole production line is controlled by the most advanced servo system at present. The whole machine drives without any noise, synchronization is accurate, and energy consumption is very low.

2.Intelligent operating system, PLC touch screen control,easy to operate and save labor coats.

Working speed can be controlled with the touch screen, stepless speed regulation can be achieved; the gap of pressure rollers can be adjusted according to different materials, different air and gas mixing ratio can be set, and  tension can also be set according to different materials to avoid the phenomenon of bending and wrinkling.

3.Constant tension accumlator device:Automatic seting the different tension to ensure the effect of fabric laminating.

4. Gas constant pressure mechanism and gasifier are added in this machine to ensure the gasification and constant pressure of liquefied gas in winter, thus ensuring the uniformity and stability of fire exhaust combustion.

5.Fabric alignment control has been added to protect  the materials from running off.

6.The roller increases to three rollers and can drive independently.Adjust the speed of three roller, can avoid the phenomenon  of  wrinkles, bending and  tension  because of the different fabrics during running.
