Production line is introduced from Finland which satisfys different processing demands of fire resistant glass with different sizes and thickness. GVG fire proof glass has excellent performance to resist high impact and temperature, and has been extensively used in modern curtain walls, doors and windows to fulfill the highest safety requirement.
In the flame environment of over 1000 degrees, it remains uncracked for more than120 minutes, and has anti-stress ability which is 6 to 12 times of the float glass, 1.5-3 times of the tempered glass. Single slice fire proof glass is also outstanding in its weather-suitability and high strength which can massively increases the safety and security.

tempered glass
tempered glass is a type of glass that has increased strength on the surface by the physical or chemical treatment on the ordinary glass and increased the tensile stress inside the glass so that this kind of glass has increased the mechanical strength and the heat-resistant impact strength, so collectively called Ttempered glass which can also be classified into full tempered glass and half full tempered glass (also called HOT-REINFORCED GLASS) in terms of the different treatment degrees.
Full Tempered Glass Property
The intensity of tempered glass is 3-4 times of ordinary glass and the surface stress is more than 90MPa; when it is destroyed by external force the stress is instantaneously released subject to the reaction of the internal tensile stress, so the whole piece of glass completely becomes pellets with no sharp angles, which will greatly reduce the possibility of the body injury; and the Full Tempered Glass can resist the acute change of extreme cold and hot temperature.(The 5mm tempered glass approximately may bear 200 degrees temperature changes.)
