Introduction:
Kaolin is a kind of clay and clay rock mainly composed of kaolinite clay minerals, belonging to a kind of nonmetallic minerals.
It is mainly composed of igneous rock, hydraulic rock and other parent rocks which are decomposed into white powder by natural weathering. The particles are hexagonal flake crystals and slightly soluble in hydrochloric acid or acetic acid at normal temperature.
In the cosmetics industry, cosmetic grade kaolin has good adhesion to skin, inhibition of sebum secretion and sweat absorption, and is mainly used as an important raw material for various cosmetics such as powder cake, foundation, eye shadow, talcum powder, loose powder, blush, etc. In recent years, kaolin facial mask has also received great popularity from women. Kaolin has a strong oil absorption and control function, which can deeply clean skin and suck out grease and dirt accumulated in pores.
