Q:How can we get the samples?Is it free?
We provide free samples by express, but you need pay the express charge or make samples collection at your side.

Q:How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q:How to make an order if i am ready to buy your products?
First,send an enquiry or message to the sales manager,we need to know what products you want,the sales manager will give you the quotation after they get your wanted dimensions
Second,after we both confirm the price,we will creat an order online that includes all details,you will see our bank info after your confirmation of this order
Third,we begin to delivery the goods to the port as soon as we receive your deposit or full payment.Once the goods arrive at the port,you may pay the balance after you get the Bill of Loading copy.

Q:Which shipping method do you provide?
For samples or small orders, goods will be sent by express.
For regular orders, goods can be sent by air or by sea, just according to your demand.

Q:Do you test your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have partial test before delivery.
